01 — The challenge
Drivers know what they feel, not what the part is called.
If you drive a pickup, a truck, or a tractor, you rarely know whether it’s the pump, the injectors, or the injection system. You know the engine sputters, loses power on hills, or smokes. Diesel Quatro has worked on diesel since 1991 and had the know-how. What it lacked was a site that starts where the customer starts: with the symptom.
02 — What we did
Every tap arrives with context.
We put the free diagnosis front and center, because it’s the shop’s strongest offer. Every service got its own quote button, each with its own WhatsApp message. A full section shows the bench testing, built around the line that sums up the shop: “We test on the bench. We don’t guess.” And the most common questions get answered before anyone picks up the phone.
- Free diagnosis, front and center
- A quote button for every service
- A bench-testing section: test, don’t guess
- A four-step process and an FAQ

03 — The detail that makes the difference
Eight symptoms, eight conversations.
A driver with a sputtering truck isn’t thinking “injection pump.” They’re thinking about what they feel: misfires, lost power, smoke. So the site offers eight symptoms to pick from. Each one opens WhatsApp with a different message, and the shop picks up the conversation already knowing where to start.
