Privacy policy

The short version: you can browse without giving us your name, email, or phone number, and we count visits without cookies.

01 — Who we are

Dravo Works is a fully remote development studio. We decide how data on this site is handled, which makes us the data controller under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, known as the LGPD).

We're based in Brazil, so the LGPD is our reference. We apply the same practices to every visitor, wherever you are.

02 — What we collect, and what we don't

This site has no sign-up, no login, and no form that sends data to a server of ours. You don't need to tell us who you are to look around.

What we collect

  • Technical connection data, such as IP address and browser, which our host (Vercel) processes to serve pages and protect the site from abuse.
  • Aggregated visit metrics: pages viewed, where the visit came from, country, device type, browser, and operating system.
  • Actions on the site, also aggregated: opening a case study, switching language, moving through the project brief builder. From the builder we only record the option you picked (for example, "Business website"), never the text you write.

What we don't collect

  • Your name, email, phone number, ID numbers, or address.
  • The free text in the brief builder. It stays in your browser until you decide to send the message.
  • Advertising data. We don't use ad pixels and we don't sell data.

03 — Tools we use

Vercel and Vercel Analytics

Vercel hosts the site. Vercel Analytics counts visits and actions in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying visitors. It's always on, because it's how we know the site works and which pages help.

Vercel privacy policy

Nothing else runs in the background. The site's fonts are served by the site itself, with no calls to Google Fonts.

04 — What's stored in your browser

A few preferences are kept in your browser's local storage (localStorage). They aren't cookies, they don't leave your device, and they're never sent to us.

  • Whether you've seen the site's opening, so the full animation doesn't replay on every visit.
  • Your brief builder draft, so you can pick up where you left off. Drafts older than 30 days are no longer used.

To erase all of it, clear this site's data in your browser settings. In a private window, none of it is kept after you close it.

05 — The brief builder, WhatsApp, and email

The builder turns your answers into a ready-to-send message. It doesn't send anything to a server of ours: you send it yourself, from your own WhatsApp or email.

If you send it, the message leaves your device and goes through WhatsApp or your email provider. From that point, their policies apply too.

We use what you send us to reply and talk about your project. Nothing more.

The LGPD calls this a legal basis. Each use has its own:

  • Hosting and Vercel Analytics: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). Put simply, we need to keep the site online and know whether it works, and we do it in the least intrusive way, with no cookies and no identifying anyone. You can object at any time.
  • WhatsApp or email conversations: your own request for information or a proposal, so we can discuss a possible project (art. 7, V).

07 — How long we keep it

  • Vercel: for the period it sets, under Vercel's privacy policy.
  • Local storage: until you clear this site's data in your browser.
  • Messages you send us: as long as they're needed for the conversation and any resulting project, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

08 — Data outside Brazil

Vercel may process data on servers outside Brazil. Its own policy explains how it protects that data.

09 — Your rights

Under the LGPD (art. 18), you can ask us at any time to:

  • Confirm whether we process your data, and see what it is.
  • Correct data that's incomplete, wrong, or out of date.
  • Anonymize, block, or delete data that's unnecessary or handled outside what the law allows.
  • Move your data to another provider.
  • Delete data processed based on your consent.
  • Know who we share your data with.
  • Know that you can refuse consent, and what changes if you do.
  • Withdraw your consent.

You can also object to any use based on legitimate interest, and file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10 — Get in touch

Our channel for personal data requests is still being set up. As soon as it's ready, it will appear here.

Data controller: Dravo Works.

11 — Changes to this policy

If we change tools or how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
